They did a thorough job of preparing the area and of the seeding process itself. They were careful to do the edges as well as around several flowerbeds. The seed was good quality and came in thick. In very little time we had a lush green lawn again. A new product to prevent chinch bugs came available, and Jacob's company did two applications of it. It seemed quite effective, and I hope to use it again next year. This fall we had Jacob's company come to aerate and overseed.
